Located in a historic neighborhood this home was originally designed by architect William Caton in the architectural style of an English Manor house. A new master bath and dressing area were added in place of an existing second floor deck while maintaining the sunroom below. Some of the original exterior stone was expressed on the interior and strategic placement of small windows give this small space an open and airy feeling while allowing views to the beautifully appointed backyard and pool. Sensitive design of roof forms, details and materials melds the new addition into the original seamlessly.
