Louise Fluke Flag PlazaPonca City, OKThe design of this flag plaza was based on the original Oklahoma Flag design done by Louise Fluke in 1925. The flag bore a traditional Osage Nation buffalo-skin shield with seven eagle feathers and various other symbols on a sky blue field. The flag plaza was designed to commemorate the Oklahoma Centennial and Louise Fluke who was once a resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
