This project provides a gathering place for this small community in North Central Oklahoma. Great civic pride is expressed in the cast stone and brick facades and exuberant interior color schemes. A great amount of day lighting streams into the interior spaces from large windows and the roof cupola. The project features a 1000 SF above ground safe room and state-of- the- art lighting and energy management systems.
