Pioneer Shopping Center

Ponca City, OK

This project revitalized an existing retail center on a major thoroughfare through Ponca City. By combining new materials and massing with the existing brick texture of the center, the individual tenant entries are more clearly defined and celebrated. The vibrant colors, fresh awnings, and distinctive light fixtures give the overall center an updated look while keeping it cohesive and easily accessible.
