This addition and renovation project was done to allow the owners to improve the way they do the things they love.  The family room on the second floor was expanded to allow family gatherings and improve their expansive views of the lake. A spacious sewing room was added on the first floor to allow multiple people to enjoy sewing together while viewing the lake. All of this was accomplished while preserving the beautiful Cape Cod style of the home.
